- Maintain accurate dealer contact and account information within internal systems.
- Provide responsive service and support to assigned CUDL dealer accounts.
- Help ensure dealer account billing remains current and assist with past-due account follow-up when needed.
- Work with dealer teams across fleet, finance, marketing, BDC, internet, and related functions to support consistent auto marketing and advertising execution.
Track Activity and Share Market Insight
- Track client activity in Salesforce or other CRM tools on a weekly basis, or as directed.
- Share relevant market trends and insights affecting both the dealer retail market and the credit union industry with leadership.
