Implementations Enablement Analyst

We are looking to hire a talented Implementations Enablement Analyst!

The Implementations Enablement Analyst is responsible for driving the efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of our implementation tools usage and reporting. This role reports to the SVP of Implementation and Training and works closely with the implementation and training leadership to effectively manage day-to-day supporting operations that are critical for our teams to thrive and deliver exceptional service for external and internal clients. As Implementation Enablement Analyst, you will support operational practices that will increase accuracy in the department’s key areas including but not limited to resource planning, project reporting, client billing, and product allocation reporting.

What you will do:

Department Project Onboarding

  • Collaborate with Sales Support, project managers and department leads to onboard new projects into project tracking and project management collaboration software.
  • Configure project management tools and systems to accurately reflect contracts, associated projects, timelines and project budgets.

Department Operational Practices

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase accuracy and efficiencies in client billing, project reporting, resource planning, and product allocation reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational practices with the implementation department that contribute significantly to the organization’s productivity and revenue.

Project Reporting

  • Acts as an Administrator for project tracking and project management collaboration software for the department.
  • Assists with modifying and adding new project reports that are shared with other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborates with the implementation and product training leadership to ensure accurate reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field or 3 years commensurate experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or implementation roles, with a focus in software development or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with developing reports and dashboards using data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and managing efficient, scalable processes as well as policies and procedures

Specialized Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC based computer systems, including MS Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Good technical abilities: ability to learn new systems rapidly and provide training and support to others.

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $62100 - $77600 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
