The Principal Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions for our clients in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and its regulations, as well as experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance to ensure that their solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement complex solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to understand the strategic business objectives and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure that solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Experience in the financial services industry focused on back-end and front-end applications in either banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Specialized Skills:

  • Proficiency in **.Net**, **Domain Driven Design**, and **Asynchronous Messaging**.

The starting salary range for this full-time position in Irvine, CA is $170100 - $212600 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
