The Demand Generation Manager will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager and works closely with both strategic and creative team members to effectively manage end-to-end strategic marketing campaigns to drive demand for our products solutions and services within the credit union, community bank, and dealership markets. This role will help build the foundation of strategic campaigns while collaborating with key decision makers cross-departmentally to ensure enterprise-wide representation and success. This individual has a unique blend of marketing technology experience as well as strategic thinking. An exceptional communicator with strong project management skills and accomplished at working with large diverse stakeholder groups.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Campaigns

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and strategy for our product, integration, enablement and expansion
  • Set, meet (and exceed) KPIs for campaigns you lead
  • Lead the strategy of highly targeted multi-channel campaigns that help prove our brands as thought leaders within the industry, driving lead generation and nurturing them through the marketing funnel and even through the sales funnel
  • Run experiments from A/B tests, multi-variate tests, and find new ways and channels to optimize results
  • Leverage existing assets and develop new content in partnership with creative marketers on our team – including messaging, success stories, different forms of content such as infographics, checklists, calculators, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales team and product teams to find priority target clients and prospects
  • Increase efficiency and scale efforts in collaboration with marketing team members and stakeholders in other departments
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and executives
  • Prepare and present strategic marketing reports and presentations for small and large groups including senior leadership
  • Effectively communicate strategy, campaign initiatives, value, KPIs, results, and progress internally and externally
  • Work with the digital marketing specialist to build nurture campaigns
  • Proactively share ideas and findings with team members, seek insight and feedback to continually optimize and test assets
  • Other duties as assigned

Reporting (20%)

  • Proactively own the tracking and reporting of your campaigns, ensuring asset attribution across all channels
  • Own performance metrics for your respective product pages, creating high-converting pages
  • Share findings and anomalies with team and leadership, make recommendations on campaign pivots and adjustments as necessary
  • Help with the reporting of campaigns outside of your ownership as assigned
  • Help develop marketing campaign reports for internal teams
  • Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related industry experience

Experience:

  • 4 years of experience driving demand through leading development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns
  • Minimum 2+ years HubSpot experience managing end-to-end campaigns
  • Proven results meeting and/or exceeding campaign KPIs for previous campaigns owned
  • Confident collaborating cross-departmentally with stakeholders and senior executives to extract key insight that informs your strategy
  • Project management of end-to-end campaigns

Specialized Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high stakes projects in a fast-paced environment
  • WordPress front and backend editing
  • Project Management platform (such as Wrike, Asana, Workamajig)
  • Search engine optimization analysis platform (such as SEM Rush, SEOptimer, SpyFu))
  • Heatmapping platform (such as HotJar)
  • Web traffic analytics and ads platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • SalesForce campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting
  • Sales enablement platform (such as SalesLoft)
  • Possess a knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe products
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks quickly and effectively
  • Able to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines with confidence and positive attitude
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

The starting salary range for this full-time position in Irvine, CA is $69800 - $87300 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
