The Automation Manager will lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of work within Origence Lending Services (OLS). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER, CO/GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO AREA

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Automation Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for automation within OLS and evaluate the potential impact on business outcomes.
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical direction and support for the development and implementation of automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
    • Ensure that automation solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a strategic point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their automation needs.
    • Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
    • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in automation technologies and methodologies.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT automation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing automation projects within a BPO or similar environment.

Specialized Skills:

  • Expertise in automation tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, and ML.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

The starting salary range for this full-time position in Greenwood Village, CO is $106200 - $132800 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
