Marketing Intern

Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship, so you earn while you learn!

Internship timeframe: August - November + possibility of extension

Starting pay: $20 / hr

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns. While the core focus will be on digital initiatives, this role also offers exposure to a range of marketing functions including content development, campaign operations, and analytics.

Primary Function and Principal responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing digital campaigns across email, web, SEO/SEM, and paid media channels

  • Support social media strategy by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance

  • Help optimize website content and landing pages using SEO best practices

  • Monitor and report on analytics across digital platforms (Google Analytics, social, email, etc.)

  • Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor activities

Campaign Coordination & Demand Generation Support

  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to ensure all campaign briefs are properly submitted and maintained in the marketing project management system (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com)

  • Help track the status of ongoing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are clearly documented

  • Provide light administrative support to help streamline campaign execution and collaboration across teams

General Marketing Support

  • Provide administrative support for webinars, events, and trade shows

  • Assist in organizing and managing marketing assets and files

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product marketing

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a consistent schedule of a min of 20 hour/ week during the hours of 8am – 5pm PDT.
  • Must be able to come onsite to Southern California office (Irvine, CA)

  • A current student or recently graduated
  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and savviness to learn new processes quickly
