The Lender Solutions, Associate Director supports the lender and dealer teams in managing Secondary and Tertiary client relationships and promoting CUDC products and technology processes to those clients. Key metrics include product utilization, client satisfaction, revenue retention, and revenue growth.
What you will do
- Be the primary client relationship owner by understanding the full scope of the client’s business needs and strategic direction and how it relates to CUDC’s full array of product offerings. Schedules routine consultative and sales contact for all CUDC products with the assigned clientele and is responsible for meeting and exceeding the business plan goals with RVP direction. As such, has oversight for all sales, activity, projects, and implementations for assigned credit unions.
- Sells existing clients to develop new business and increase or retain existing business. Includes presentation to Financial Institutions and Trade Associations. Creates referrals for applicable team members.
- Represents CUDC at conferences and other events to build relationships with clients. Upholds CUDC brand and image.
- Complete special projects as directed by management. Updates applicable sales reporting system a minimum of twice per week. Have a working knowledge of all internal systems such as project management, product/development, and CRM.

The Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- BA or BS degree or commensurate experience
Experience:
- 5 years of knowledge of financial institutions, the automobile industry and lending.
- 3 years experience managing and overseeing the expansion of a business and the related programs throughout a territory/region.
- Well-developed understanding of consumer and auto lending operations.
Specialized Skills:
- Work independently with a high level of initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and established goals
- Specialized problem solving and trouble shooting skills in the indirect lending business model
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have proficient Internet and e-mail skills
- Ability to travel and must possess a valid driver’s license

The starting salary range for this full-time position is: $79600 - $85000 per year plus a generous commission plan. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program.
