The Scrum Master is a delivery and team performance leader responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams within a SAFe environment. This role goes beyond facilitation - driving accountability, improving execution, and proactively identifying and resolving risks and dependencies to ensure consistent delivery of business value.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and has a proven track record of coaching teams to higher levels of maturity, predictability, and throughput.

  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies—and take ownership in driving them to resolution or appropriate escalation

  • Coach teams beyond foundational Agile practices, helping them evolve into high-performing, self-sufficient teams
  • Identify and challenge inefficiencies or anti-patterns and drive adoption of better ways of working
  • Act as a connector across teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and consistent flow of value delivery
